Stepping into 2024
January 11 - 14 2024 ∙ SEABROOK, WA
The ExperiencE
Most of the things we need to be most fully alive never come in busyness.
They grow in rest.Mark Buchanan
Join me in a magical place to welcome in the New Year. Together we will let go of what we no longer want to carry and set our direction for 2024.
A new year brings fresh start energy and inspires us to assess where we are in our lives and where we dream of seeing ourselves in the future.
The world is in a time of great transition. And while the world is changing we are called to change, too.
We are being called into a deeper awareness.
Take time to rest and deepen into a quiet place within.
Wrap yourself in quiet ~ the cozy fire and the beauty of the ocean and forest trails leading you to a place of rest and relaxation.
Supported by this quiet place, we will explore intentional practices for creating constructive new ways of being within ourselves that will shape our doing and make a difference in the world.
Retreat Highlights
Gentle Mornings
wake up refreshed and settle by the fire with tea or coffee, or wander back to your room to journal, cup of tea in hand ~ or walk the forest trails or stroll along the ocean shore
Meditation
a Kintsugi-inspired deep dive into the power of turning our wounds into a place of healing and seeing the beauty in all that we are
Fire Ceremony
a ritual for letting go of what you no longer wish to carry ~ calling in what you wish to embrace

textile artist Kathleen Adams Olsen will guide us in exploring the world of textile dyeing, gently tapping into our creativity, our hands creating in tandem with nature’s beauty and each other. You’ll carry home a treasure
